    From what I remember as long as the craft is registered they can't fine you no matter what state it is registered in the only exception to this is Maryland.     I have a torpedo and a pancake rigger weights witch one to use with the probe. I have heard that the torpedo may twist hooked to the probe. Thanks for the help.
