Lost 3 of my best sets. Never had salmon break main line before (40 lb). We boated , net bumped 1 at the back of the boat, missed 4 and hooked up with 3 monsters that all broke main lines. I lost meat market, ice house, and 11" green flasher pulling meat, that one we saw the monster coho jumping 3' out of the water 100 yds behind the boat. 200 worth of gear gone, but what a day.

I have the cannons, absolutely the best top notch rod holders you can buy. I got them from universal mania I think for $80 each. Very rugged easy to use. My 2 cents.

Jbasile, be careful using the cannon plastic rod holders that come with the riggers. I lost a rod last week when it folded down to the water. The teeth striped out and the housing cracked. Check yours on the back side of where the serrated teeth are under the rod holder. Cannon replaced both of mine. 2 months old and cracked..

How much $$$$ is too much? What do you want to do? This is a very bad time of the year to buy a boat. The bite is on...

Yes there are 3 hoses. I used the snow plow hose from tractor supply for $14 on the 3rd hose. I'll get a pic up of it later today. I wish I would have used tractor supply plow hoses for all 3 now that I see how well it worked. Save the $$$

Any snow plow hoses sold at Tractor Supply will work. I'll get a pic of the finished install today.

Update:I completed the autopilot install. Was very easy, total time to install 6 to 8 hours. One note before I forget, the Teleflex hoses they want you to use can be substituted with Meyers plow hoses sold at Tractor Supply. The autopilot kit comes with conversion fittings to pipe thread (1/4" NPT). The plow hoses cost $14 a piece instead of Teleflex hoses had a hundred bucks a foot. The autopilot runs very smooth very quiet. The only thing I have left to do is use Dockside wizard setup. I will float check boat tonight.
