  1. We went out this morning, ended up 16/17 (best day I’ve had for Browns in the 3yrs I’ve been fishing Ontario). Natural colors did best for us, a J-9 rapala in natural perch and esmerelda bay rat were the hot baits. 12-18 fow, back 60-80 behind boards and spoons down 8ft back 75 also produced well.
  2. specs on the net? brand, hoop size, handle length, netting material?
  3. I have a 1 year old Helix 7 G2N (Network capable) with CHIRP, GPS and SI/DI. Comes with the headunit, power cord, transom bracket and transducer, gimble mount + knobs, a soft screen cover and Medium arm RAM mount. Unit had a screen protector installed as soon as the box was opened so screen is flawless. $550+ shipping
  4. Please note the original listing has been updated. The above comments from 2017 were accurate at that time. The price has been significantly lowered to reflect their current “for parts” status.
  5. Looks like there are a couple different versions but this one looks like what you have pictured... https://www.fish307.com/cannon-downrigger-part-3773007-emergency-crank-handle-service/
  6. Looking for a 4 stroke kicker motor, either an 8hp or 9.9hp long shaft. No preference on brand but MUST be a 4 stroke. PM me
  7. I have 2 10lb pancakes I'd trade if you're interested shoot me a PM
  8. Which Gen is this? everything included?
  9. Updated original post... Please Note being sold as Parts/Not working
  10. I suppose I could try running 12s seeing how I’m only a weekend fisherman. Maybe some shark or torpedo weights would be a little better than the pancakes I run now. New weights are a lot cheaper than new riggers so it’s worth a shot.
  11. I completely forgot about that... yes they do!
  12. Yeah my new Ram has 20" wheels as well or I would have atleast kept the tires. These will also fit on Yukons, Tahoes, Suburbans, and most older GM trucks.
  13. 18" x 9" Mayhem wheels in 6 x 5.5 (139.7) bolt pattern with a 0 offset, wheels are gloss black with machined accents. Tires are 305/60/18 Nitto Terra Grappler G2 with maybe 7k miles on them TPMS Sensors installed and included. Wheels and tires were new May 2017 and cost nearly $2000. Wheels are flawless and tires have no patches or plugs and were rotated every 3k miles. They were taken off and stored before winter and I recently sold the truck and bought a Ram which these will not fit. Asking $1400 picked up in the Utica-Rome area. Would consider a trade for a 4 stroke kicker motor
  14. Been here twice so far and a few weeks away from my 3rd visit... beautiful cottage, quiet neighbor, close to multiple launches, has all the amenities you could want. 10 minute boat ride from some great walleye or salmon fishing, Chaumont Bay and Black River are right around the corner so if the wind picks up so you can still get out and fish. First time I went I had never fished the area before... Luke drew me a map and put me on my personal best walleye (My profile Picture) cant go wrong staying here!
  15. That’s what I was afraid of... ok sticking with cable, thanks!
  16. I run pancake weights already.
  17. I know that switching to braid will cause the autostop feature on my cannon downriggers to stop working. I’m looking to possibly switch to braid to lessen the blowback I’m currently getting. I run older Mag 10s and they are only rated for 10lb weights max, which I run but still get significant blowback. With no auto stop will the riggers still “auto lift” with one push on the switch? What happens when the weights reach the stopper? Will the motor keep reeling and possibly break the rigger or the line unless I shut it off? Seems more convenient to just stay with wire, but worth asking before I write off the braid.
