Update on my 2 axis Cannon rod holder problem. Scott at Cannon customer service quickly addressed my problem and sent a new pivot pin, spacers and clip washers. Easy fix to replace old pin with new parts and back to like new condition. Great to see a company stand behind their product and make happy customers.

I bought the Cannon dual axis rod holder this spring and the pivot pin on one side broke. Anyone else have this problem? I emailed Cannon asking them to replace the rod holder or supply replacement parts. No response yet.
