  4. Went 11/13 today, finally boated 1st king of the year for us, 15.4lbs, after losing one last Sunday and losing another first thing this am. Biggest brown was 10.3lb. Like the past few weekends Bay Rat goby, sticks and spoons were HOT! Ain’t nothing like hooking a king on top in skinny water with lighter tackle. 5. Shoved off at 6:15 trolled south, with my favorite mix of sticks and spoons, riggers/ boards, from a mile north of girl scout camp to south end, turned east heading across, back up the north side to about bolton point area. Doubled back in a few spots where we picked up fish. Packed it in at 10:45, ended up 7/9 total,5 salmon were all undersized, 1 laker 22 in, 1 smallie 19 in. Only picture worth taking was of my truck, all alone when we got in. My buddy who launched next to me this am was gone, he had to get to work. You didn’t miss much Andy. Anyone else do anything worthwhile today? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  6. I think you're on to something..... I see this about the launches where there is an attendant to take $$.... not the launches where there are no attendants.
  7. It’s no wonder why the Bay Rat goby was hot. We kept 6, 5-8 lb range, boated 9, lost a few others. The picture of the goby’s is from one fish, packed full. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  8. Yes, like the others have said, Taughannock, run the big boards in the skinny water!
  9. We're you out there today?
  10. Damn, I wish you said something! There was a lot of boats coming out at that time. anyway that is a beautiful rig! I actually was commenting on it to my buddy when we were leaving. Great pike! great job!
  11. Fun weekend. We boated well over 60 in 2 days, hits were over 80+ probably pushing 100. I have 48 releases, had to pull a board in both days to reload, ran out by 10 am. Lots of 16-17” salmon. All salmon except 5 browns today, biggest was 7.11lbs. Kept a bunch both days for the smoker. Triple to start the day today, when we finally got 4 rods set, could not keep em in the water. Off the water both days by noon. SKINNY WATER! Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

    Cayuga CAYUGA 1st OUT

Always on top this time of year. And yes you’re right, with water temperatures cold they could be anywhere but I always focus on top now. Surface temp varied from 32.5-34.5. Last Sunday (5th time out in last 2 weeks) was a ****ty day. Only boated about 12 fish, mixed bag, kept just a few. Lost a couple 7-8+ lb browns at the boat and some nuisance pike. Ran a 10 rod spread. Disappointed. It was better two weeks ago. Hopefully it will pick up again soon. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
