    I got a box from Jim (Fishkiller) at the Hamburg show I believe it was a Amish outfitters box it fits 14 stick baits in it and has 2 drain holes in each compartment nice handle and latches. Maybe he can point you in right direction as to what exactly it was. Here's a pic. Now I also have some in a special mate box and that is pretty convienent too.     Sounds like a fantastic orginization I have been researching getting my 6 pack licence just to be able to offer up trips for these bennifits and veteran tournaments I see come up.     This....definitely the best option is to mount with plate under with bolt and lock washers. As for the rubber I mounted all my tracks with .25 neoprene rubber under them bought it off ebay relatively cheap. Also bought my aluminum plate off eBay too and marked and drilled the holes.     Awesome!!!!!my dad is coming up memorial day weekend for a wedding sat plan to fish all day Sunday please mother nature please have some nice weather. My parents recently moved to SC so fishing and hunting with him will be very scarce unfortunately. Can't wait hopefully my report mirrors this.
