  1. I think after several years your going to see some fraying no matter what eyes you have on your rod. I would suggest replacing it every 2 Years and flip it end for end every year. That’s what I do and it works for me?? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  2. If you go with stainless you could go a lot thinner also. Like 1/8” Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  3. I would think .250 or 1/4” would be more than thick enough. The more important thing is what you are bolting it to and how. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  4. We got lucky too we didn’t get any snow, just cold. I’m getting the little boat ready this weekend for our annual Oak Orchard weekend. 5th 6th & 7th. We’ll be trolling for Browns. I’d like to bring the big boat but don’t want to have to re-winterize it when I get back home. [emoji53] Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  14. I’m with Papa on this. I believe the earth is constantly evolving and has been for ever. I don’t believe we have a big impact on that. Mother Earth don’t care what we think the she should be doing. She does her own thing. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  20. I bought the bad elf, it was designed for pilots to use with IPads. It works really well and the accuracy is much better than some of the cheaper ones on the market. It will work with any tablet that has Bluetooth, and you can link up to 5 devices to it at a time. I highly recommend it. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
