Thanks ! Sounds like they won't be permanent. I still think they should light them up. With all of our boating / safety laws it's crazy that they aren't lit. Even the redneck method I saw out of Dunkirk, somebody duct taped solar landscape lights to some buoys. If you were offshore and headed in after dusk, strong possibility you would find one. Ran out late and only fished for a few hours. 6 in the boat, 1 miss, 2 lost in the prop wash. 1 small, couple 10-15# and one 20+. Just needed to get back on the water with my recent Oneida trip and walleye charity event on Erie I was desperate to hear the drags rip. Water was all over the place. Deep rigger stayed at 70', temps were 48-60, big dog came off inside dipsy, 135 back, frog spoon in 66° also took 2 better fish off meat/paddle. Fished 100-125'.
