Mix up the colors, see which is working. Adjust according to the bite. If you find a "spot" holding fish, don't be afraid to run it over, and over especially if the water looks good. Tons of solid advice here from some seasoned fisherman. You will catch fish, enjoy !
Thermal. ran red lights for years with no issues. Right now, your standard distress calls work, but it's always worth throwing out some yote vocals, female yodel howl, female submission, coyote pair yip/howl etc. Last night 2 yotes charged in to nutty nuthatch after about 30 seconds of play.
Had some action last night. Called in a solo dog on first set, had some responses on second set, then a double on 3rd set. Downside, no dogs hit the dirt, but always fun to have the opportunity.
Well, I did 80 and still had 1 bar of battery. Haven't charged it since the fall. The great thing about the bubba kit is it comes with 4 blades and 2 batteries. I had the rapala but had a battery go bad, which they replaced but I figured I try the bubba while I waited. It feels big in the hand compared to the rapala but I have zero complaints. I've put it through countless walleyes, king's, steel and perch.
