these are great and scarce. I used them on my last boat.( 19' sea nymph gls)
I found a set (post with reels, 2 ski's and 4 double rod trees) here in florida at a yard sale and sold them on Ebay 3 years ago for way more than I even paid for them new on my last boat many years ago.
a fisherman in Michigan bought it all and was thrilled to get em

using brocraft,
I leave one of the 4 machine screws out between the dr base and the brocraft unit, then find where you want it and I put a 3'' #8 stainless drill bit screw w/ hexhead thru the
base and the brocraft unit into the aluminum gunnel. it becomes rock solid.
good luck

I HAVE REFLOORED TOO MANY ALUMINUM BOATS. YOU MAY HAVE ANOTHER ISSUE TO ADDRESS. BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING, TAKE A PIECE OF 1'' PVC PIPE AND DO SOME CORE SAMPLES OF YOUR FOAM IN EACH COMPARTMENT TO MAKE SURE IT IS NOT SATURATED......IF IT IS, GET IT OUT NOW. IT SOUNDS LIKE IT MAY BE AND IT ADDS SO MUCH WEIGHT--SEE I BOATS FORUM ON REBUILDING. I THINK THE SATURATED FOAM KILLED YOUR FLOOR, ESPECIALLY IF ITS MARINE PLY. IF MARINE PLY CAN DRY, IT LASTS FOREVER.
BEFORE I COATED ANYTHING I WOULD BUY SOME 1/4'' THICK ALUMINUM STRIPS TO ADD TO EXISTING ALUM. FRAME AND LIFT THE FLOOR ABOVE THE FOAM FOR DRYING AIR FLOW. COAT BOTH SIDES WITH 2 COATS OF EPOXY. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH THE BEDLINNER AS IT WILL CRACK OVER TIME WITH FLEX. IF YOU HAVE DRY FOAM AND ALLOW AIR FLOW JUST USE GOOD MARINE CARPET AS IT DRIES FAST AND IS EASY TO REPLACE.
FEEL FREE TO PM IF NEED ANYTHING

I am familiar with on board chargers that you plug into 110.
what you have maybe be awesome but I am not familiar with---Advice -have it installed by a professional as you do

When i lived in New England, many camps in remote maine are on generator so you must provide your own means to charge your batteries.
I welded a little shelf on the tongue of my trailer to accomodate a honda 1000 or 2000 quiet generator. i did not travel with it there but just placed when needed. It was chained down and i had a piece of aluminum i bungied over the top to protect from weather.
the key to the system is having an onboard charger that kicks out at least 6 amps per bank. (mine does 10/bank) i use cabelas AGM batteries too. i put 1/2 tank of gas in the gen and let her run while i sleep. it would run outa gas and my batteries are always fully charged in the am.
i hope this helps

Hi Folks,
based on what I learned in a month on this site, I spent a rainy week at Cayuga 7/20-28, our first time there----and did pretty well
We used the silver minnow hammerheads in front of an alewife --got an 8.5 lb landlock on that one and quite a few lakers up to 9 lbs
when we trolled spoons the winner was a copper mooselook thinfish. (2 browns, 2 rainbows, 2 salmon, 1 laker)
we fish all the trout filled reservoirs in the south, the salmon lakes in maine and at 2 mph--that copper spoon outproduces stingers, suttons and them all
hope it helps

Hi folks,
I have rebuilt many trailers over the years here in Florida.
Home Depot sells cedar lumber--rough cut--8' -2x4 runs $15
Here's the trick for longevity. Use your choice of trailer bunk outdoor carpet and only cover 3 sides, leaving bottom uncovered for drying. I use a few staples to hold in place but I use
1'' # 8 stainless screws with a 3/4'' diameter fender washer every 12'' down the sides to hold in place. I have had great success with this system.
easily 15-20 year life expectancy in fresh water.

I just fished Cayuga 7/20-28 for first time since FLEA invasion. We did well but were prepared for the Fleas.
Make sure you do the same. Lakers were at 85 over 10-150 fow, salmon and trout were at 50' in same water
good luck
