Set out today looking for browns found north east wind . Fished 60 to 80 fow . Tough going east into the waves but was marking fish and bait turned back west at the cross and the 60 foot rigger’s went off and started peeling line. Was not a brown LOL Ended the day early do to the waves but ended 4 for 4 all spoons black and silver.

Fished east of the bay out in front of a big White House 170 was best . Lines in at 6 pulled around noon. The divers out 135 and 150 were nonstop both with meat rigs and spin doc .42nd and Getter done later in the morning put them out 180 and 210 . Only 2 downrgger bits two faced spinny meat rig . The biggest fish A freaking stud that came out of the water completely like four times then made a big run was my only spoon bit (nbk) riggers we’re at 50 and 60. Kind of lost count over 20 fish on but only Landed about half ??? Didn’t really care wasn’t keeping any was an awesome day out there.

Question when running 4 down rigger’s The two off the back of the boat One with the probe sitting in 50° water the other 15ft deeper catch 90% of the fish. The two rigors off the side I like to run 10 feet up from the one below it very rarely go off. Is there anything I can do to make my set up more productive?

Fished just east 25/30 FOW . First three passes going west caught fish then It pretty much stopped for me. Ended 5for6 a brown coho and 3 king (2yearold class). The glow frog on the downrigger took three of the fish. The stingers off divers back 24 to 36 and The bay rat was on 4 color off the boards

left dock at 7 set up just east of the outlet. Trolled down east of Hedges and back from 10 to 30 fow . Only went 2 for 4 all spoons. The sticks off the boards never got a touch. But the weather and lake was beautiful.

The 4th fished only one hr 7to 8 pm . Started in 105 went out to 150 landed a teenage king right of the bat lost one off the wire last fish was a steelhead. Called it quits and took the girlfriend to watch fireworks. In the morning started in 109 and fished out to 300 . Only fished 3 hr but Went 12 for 12 a brown and a big laker . The rest were kings and steelhead .Ran 4 Riggers down 70 to 95 wire out 250 and 270 all caught fish. Some of the better spoons were carbon 14 black and purple and a pink and silver that one of the girls picked. Ran a carbon 14 spin Dr. meat rig did the best out of the flashers and flies but again all took fish.

Latest first trip ever. It’s been a bad year lost the house in April to fire put the boat in the water a few weeks later and it was taking on water . All the marinas were super busy but I finally got it fixed. So took stepdaughter and her friend out Sunday morning left the dock around 6 a m . We headed north straight out of Irondequoit bay looking for kings . Went 4 for 5 first two come on spoons off riggers down 50 and 60 . The third and the biggest fish(40in 25 lb )came 70 down on rigger with carbon 42 spin doc and meat .The next hit came on the wire out 240 #3 setting on spin doc and fly but got off . Last fish come 60 down off rigger with spin doc and meat . Both girls got their first salmon 😀
