People dont realize how quick it can go south. I got tossed about a mile off shore in big Sur my first time kayak fishing in the ocean. 6 foot waves every 10 seconds. Learning to get back in is so vital. -

2008 Toyota Tacoma.. Totaled the truck 8 pointer jumped thought and pushed the engine back. Took him home though. This year I took a Doe with Mt Bernilli Nova with a Winchester slug. -
They were quite palletable. Not super flavorful but something about them was craveable, kept going back for more. My wife was disqusted and refused to try them 😆 -

Thanks. I am going to try to make it this year for sure. Went for a hike with the boys the other day. Brought a ice rod to see if I could get the boys a creek chub and hooked a brown so we stopped. Didnt mean to mess with trout out of season. New to trout fishing but going to hit it hard the spring and summer.

Getting a late start to the ice fishing game. Got out a few times this season got the biggest pickeral on Canadice I have ever seen. Made fish nuggets for the fam and caviar. Plan on hitting it harder next season.

Hello, My name is Dan. I moved to Naples about 5 years ago, was really active in other foshing forums in other places but kids and family stuff took precedence. Now I got more time. I was in the Navy for 8byears and now work for the VA. I am a bait maker, kayak angler and new to ice and fly fishing. I have two boys and a girl and plan on hitting the water hard this year.
