Check the housing for warpage, I had the same, I put some wet and dry on a sheet of glass, it was dished in the middle, once I resurfaced it problem solved -
Looking for advice on weeping at poppet valve breather. I have weeping at idle from the vent hole, I have replace the diaphragm and plastic washer and made sure the retaining screw is secure and not leaking. New gaskets and have had three attempts at finding the fault but had no luck. Any ideas would be appreciated. I have made sure the gaskets are aligned and all bolts are secure. Someone mentioned the cork gaskets can be a problem as they are too thick and allow water to get through.
