I like pike

Thanks for having me. I live in Naples. I do most of my fishing here in the finger lakes, and the St Lawrence river. Creek fishing for rainbows and brown trout is my all time favorite thing to do. Followed closely by fishing Northerns and eyes. I have a boat, but I'm trying to sell it and get into a fishing kayak. It's hard to get people to make plans, or show up when I want to get the boat out, and it's a pain to handle it by myself. I have an Old Town bigwater 132 pedal kayak on order. It'll let me get out by myself, and avoid dealing with the crowded launches around here. Planning to deck it out for trolling and jigging. I'd really like to connect with anyone else who's into kayaks. I'm not new to kayaking. Had a touring yak for many years, but it was a pain to fish out of, so I sold it. It would be great to hear from anyone who's willing to share rigging or equipment tips. Starting from scratch here. I'm leaning towards a Humminbird helix 7, but I'm open to other electronics suggestions. I'd also like to get a couple of lead core setups for walleye trolling. No idea what I'm doing. Currently, I just flatline them when I want to troll. Looking forward to learning a lot here. Thanks.
