Plenty of cookie cutters on the shallow windy flats. Scattered in 2s  and 3s, ended up sharp shooting them on side imaging and panoptix.they were willing to hit a jig , but would not touch a leech on slip bobber. Any thoughts?

Good point, especially when you are working 2 and 3 fish groups. When there is competition they hit, when they are alone you have to work them.

The way you were presenting the leech on a slip bobber might not have been enticing enough to attract their attention. Experimenting with different techniques, such as adjusting the depth, using different speeds or movements, or trying different bait rigging methods, could potentially yield better results.

The plain nightcrawler is easy to overlook with all of the other options available but I have had days when jigs and blades wouldn’t get hit but a worm and split shot drifted on the bottom took fish.

It sounds like an interesting and challenging day of fishing, requiring the use of specialized electronics and angling techniques to locate and entice these "contexto cutter" fish.
