Hi there,

I am switching to siwash single hooks for my Sutton spoons.  What size/brand is recommended for most (#39 in particular)?

I WOULD GO WITH THE GAMAGOTSU # 1 OR LARGER THEY ARE SHARP AS HELL RIGHT OUT OF THE BAG
