I haven't gotten any interference. I run one off the back, and one on my elec trollimg motor on the front.

It all depends on the frequencies and the location of transducers. The closer the frequencies the greater chance of interf. For example one of my ff operates at 83 and my fish hawk is 78 they interfere, but my 50/200 does not interfere with either 83 or the 78. The further apart you have the transducers the better.

You can also select frequencies on many ff so you could turn one on 200 and run the other at 50 if you wanted to use the same type of ff in both places.

Hope this helps.
