I checked the pro king website and catalogue .  no luck. maybe discontinued?

It looks like Dirty White Boy with a ladder added to it.

or if those are silver scales (picture shows purpleish?), could be Chilly WIlly.

I sent email to Pro King, and indeed it is a dirty white boy.  its out of production because of tape peeling issues.
