Here's the deal: I want to add a 2nd transducer to my port transom near the existing 'ducer. I want to mount to the port side of outdrive as some day a kicker will be going to the starboard. Anyone that runs twin ducers ever have a problem mounting them close together, same side? How much distance should be between? I will only be running one at a time as one will be back up, so frequencies are not an issue. Is it possible that running too close together could cause turbulence/bubbles? The old Raytheon V800 is going to have the company of a new DS600X. BTW, the install is for a Crestliner Sabre with an approx 8' beam. Thanks.
