New Daiwa Saltist for wire divers, which one?

The new Saltist line capaicity chart  places the 30 size as being smaller than the Penn Squall 20 (which I used for wire divers) , and the 40 size is bigger than the Squall 20.

What size is better for 1000  ft, 30 lb wire line?

My buddy is running the size 40 Saltist reels for his wire divers

I also run the Saltist 40s... I put on about 400 ft of 20# mono backer ... Then the full spool of 7 strand.   

   The 30s work just fine for wire like Yankee said.

I went with the bigger ones for an even faster retrieval.
