Waterproofing a three year old boat cover

Any suggestions on what spray or roller applied material is best for a three year old boat cover. Cover is in good shape but doesn't repel water like it used too.

Scotch guard tent sealer and water repellent. Best I have used.

Lasts for yrs. Clean it let it dry and spray it good. Especially on seams
