Mag Lips

From an open water trolling perspective has anyone consistently used Mag Lips and got fish from Spring to Fall? Behind a downrigger?  
 

I hear all kinds of success from the west coast.  They are speed tolerant and can run up to 4mph without losing action.

 

I’m always looking for something different.

I use small ones drifting in the lower Niagara as long as there is bait in there. I use them along with stix trolling for Browns. I use them clean and behind small spinnys for Coho on riggers. I use large ones on junk lines for salmon all season. I always remove the front treble
