South Carolina stripers and wild boar

Returned from a successful trip to South Carolina. Caught stripers fishing Lake Murray and shot a nice free range boar at Williams Hunting in Lodge.

I had some wild boar at a game dinner last fall it was very strong tasting i wouln,t care if i had it again.But congratulation,s to you.

We ate some last night and my wife and I thought it was very good. It was a small amount from the neck and perhaps chewy but definitely not tough. Anxious to see how the better cuts, ham and sausage turn out.
