I picked one up. Having trouble with drag. Brand new and sometimes when reeling the drag self adjusts. Caused backlash

I bought 4 of them and 1 wouldn't crank. I contacted them and sent it in and they took care of me.

 

What I do a lot of the time at Amazon is see if they have used one. when I get them they are always brand new or I can't tell they are used. usually, the packaging is damaged but not the item. it's a great way to save money.
