2nd week of April?

With that kind of weather this year what do think our chances of getting some browns on the 2nd week of April?

I’m going with some friends but I think we are going to encounter some difficulties.

Plenty of browns around then... however with the weather trend things will probably be more like early May fishing

So does it mean: fishing deeper?

Could be. What it means is we should have a larger amount of good water vs the typical year where its extremely tight to shore. You should be able to fish a bit deeper and find plenty of hungry fish. Im expecting to see lots of Kings around out of my home port in that time frame.

Thank you. Will do our best and I don’t mind catching a few kings on light tackle
