If anyone is interested in helping out feeding the 138k king salmon in pens, please contact Captain Randy Claus at (585) 739-0569. He is the coordinator of the feeding schedule.

   There are specific times each day that the fish need to be fed. The pens are located in the north docks of Shumway Marina ..

Genesee River Pen Rearing project is full steam ahead. The 138,000 Salmon smolt are doing great and are pretty active in the pens 
   If anyone would like to volunteer to come down to Shumway Marina to feed them at one of the scheduled times, please contact Capt Randy Calus ( Feed schedule coordinator) at (585) 739-0569.

The fish were hungry and feisty at the 4PM feeding yesterday. Good to see them putting a little weight on. 7 more days and they get paroled
