Conesus Lake 4/9 (Boat Launch and Fishing)

Very slow fishing today.  Water temps below 50.  Launch was accessible and while the "docks" are not in, there are two small "docks" still there.  Water levels were ok.

 

Fishing not so hot.   Had 3 of us on the boat and only a single 3LB Smallmouth Bass.  We tried all water depths from 3' to 20'.

 

We tried everything.  Oh well, it was good to hit the water and I know better fishing awaits.

 

Looked like some people are hitting the bullheads in the inlet if anyone interested as well.

 

And welcome any advice for early spring Conesus.....

We hit the outlet last night, and it was all but dead.  I may have seen 2 bluegills in there (they were schooled up a couple weeks ago).  We  must be in "tween" season right now.
