2018 mercury efi rough idle.

Started my engine after winter storage. Starts and runs fine but I don’t ever remember it shaking this bad at idle. Little gas and shake smooths right out. Is this something I need to worry about or does it just need to be ran under load and work itself out 
I swapped plugs, new gas and added some seafoam.
