Mexico in the rain

Went out at 5:30 from little Salmon. Got first one around 6:15   19 pounds. The other rod went off while boating the first one  second was a small Atlantic. Tied my fly in knots. Picked up a 16 pound male king. Turned around to go back just as the rain started. Got another 19 pound king. Looked at other rod strain up the air   Cranked it in thinking it was coming at me. The line was parted at the reel   Brought up the riggers and found my line still on the clip. Lucky me. Lost a hundred feet but kept my gear. It was a solo trip   Thank god for auto pilot
