Lost in Mexico Bay 7/8

Nice day 7/8 in Mexico Bay 130’ FOW.

4 for 7, but hoping somebody sees a fish at surface with green flasher fly combo, and takes a picture of fish for us.

10 min prior we boated a 6 lb Brown on same combo. Then had big strike and couldn’t raise the fish. Strong head shakes almost felt like big Striped Bass when they nose down and won’t raise. I’ve had 12-14 lb Browns fight similar so thinking this was PB Brown that broke at flasher. Regret fish may be struggling with it still hooked in. But hoping somebody sees it and can take a picture so see how big it was.

Saw a nice king with a stick bait hanging from its mouth when I was out to Wilson. Looked fresh, so I tried to make a big circle back to it with lines in the water to at least retrieve the lure. To no avail, current had moved it and I couldn't find it again.

It happens....... check those leaders, drag and knots...
