Sandy 7/22 AM Jigging

Isaac and I hit the water this AM before work in hopes to get on the first light jig bite. It did not disappoint. I think we finished 6/12 with another handful of fish that hit and didn’t connect. That open water jig bite is definitely a lot of fun. The last one I got almost ripped the rod out of my hand on the hit. All around beautiful morning!

Just curios how much line those reels hold? Those fish look like they are capable of 3 to 400 foot runs
