Help! Depths w/added weights

How much depth will the various added snap weights add to my 27# leadcore, 45# copper and weighted steel? 4 oz.?? 8 oz. @ 2.5 mph??

I've heard each ounce is good for 7 feet, but I have not measured this.. Not sure if it holds true for all lines.

When I troll walleyes on mono flat lines or snapping one onto the leader ahead of lead core, I figure 5' per oz. for speeds up to 2 MPH. At 2.5 I would figure 4' per oz.
