Kayak fishing in Mal Pais , Costa rica

My fishing buddy from Mal Pais sent me a picture  of his catch from his kayak in 20 feet of water. A giant grouper. He caused a bidding war between different restaurants and hotels.

I can't even imagine. I tried to unhook a 35 lb carp from my kayak earlier this year and nearly flipped. That's crazy.
