Braddocks 8/1 Jigging

Pete Collin from the site a couple days ago and wanted to jig for kings. Pete has jigged for lakers for many years but has caught very few kings while laker fishing. We left the dock at 5:30 and pulled at 10:00. Pete landed four kings and lost a couple. I didn’t catch a king today but did get a bow. Fun morning, great company and exciting fishing. Hard to beat.

Awesome! Looks like your really getting the hang of it. I'm going out this evening for my second trip jigging. Hopefully we can find some fish.

Thats awesome! I have jigged many fingerlakes lakers. Never tried kings but one of these days I will.

Pete is a lake trout guy also. Finger lakes and Ontario. Has done it for many years. Based on the smile on his face, he just may be doing a little more of this.
