Okuma 303ds

I just bought a new Okuma 303ds I’m looking at putting on 300 yards of 40 lb power pro for backing then 1000 ft of 7 strand wire and some leader    Will this work or is it too much

I have same reels was able to get about 800 ft of wire on mine with the same backing
