I see Bubba and dexter knives,  Bubba is more expensive and maybe over rated anyone using the dexter brand .

I'm not suggesting this as the BEST solution but it is an option at least:smile:

I have used dexter knives to butcher deer for many years and have a bunch of them.  Highly recommend the ones with the rubbery grips as well as their skinning knife.  Lots of value with this brand and are true commercial grade.

I have used one of these with success. 3 to 5 swipes in each "U" does the trick. Takes time but works. I did it at night on couch watching TV, eventually it was done and sharp again.Screenshot_20241030_193746_Chrome.thumb.jpg.913a0c19d2d654c5aea60c7367bfb088.jpg

No seriously, just google round knife sharpener and they should pop up.

5/32" Chainsaw file will do the trick, then use the steel shown above to take the burr off the back side.

I have sharpened serated bread knives with something similar to Sk8mans sharpener and it works pretty well
