Hey all! Has anyone switched Scotty wires for Cannon wires?

I like the water tite seal on the cannons. I'm having issues with the scotty ones connecting issues and corrosion due to the fact they are not flush mounted. Open for suggestions..I do not want to flush mount them. Thanks for your imput!
