Kicker interference on electrons

Does anyone know of a way to get rid of kicker interference on your electronics?  When I throttle up running the kicker, I get a ton of interference.  If I run on the main motor, I do not get the interference.

Kell Outdoors offers a “kicker interference kit” for $30 for newer electric start kickers with interference on Depth Raiders.  I installed one on my Suzuki efi electric start kicker a few years ago.  Cleared up the issues I had.  Was easy install.

Do the spark plugs in your kicker have resistors in them? If they don't it usually causes interference. On champions the letter code should have an R in it .

I installed the Kell Outdoors noise filter on my Yamaha kicker . 

Was a game changer .

I had kicker motor interference to my control King speed control servo motor after installation of a 2024 Yamaha high thrust 25 HP this past spring. I purchased a 12 volt noise filter online and installed to power supply to control King and problem solved .

What are you guys connecting the noise filter to under the motor hood?

I used to get all sorts of disturbance on my GPS and fishfinder until I changed to spark plugs with the internal resistors. It made the problem completely go away. You may want to look into that.

From the pics of the install I did on my 2020 Suzuki 9.9 electric start- the red went to main positive battery feed and ground went to one of the starter bolts.  Curt at Kell Outdoors probably has info on other makes.  My kicker also has trollmaster wiring which is on the left in the one photo.
