Irondequoit Bay Boat Launch

Does anyone know if the Irondequoit Bay boat launch is open or if it is iced up.  I don't care about docks because I'm using a smaller boat.

Duck hunters have been using the launch regularly when the temps cooperate. Bring a bag of salt with you just in case

They were iced in, but boats broke it up.
