Plenty of ice on all the major Bays of St Lawrence. Goose Bay parking lot was overflowing. Chippewa also had many fishing and I imagine LOTI and Eel Bay were loaded as well. 
Wheelers and side by sides were present but many folks we walking. Almost no snow on the ice. With projected weather forecast the Alex Bay derby should be well attended.

i watched at Goose Bay for about 20 minutes and only saw 2 pike caught on over 200 tipups
