Selling my 2005 Yamaha 15hp four stroke outboard motor. Tiller model with electric start. Starts and runs great. New impeller summer 2023, minimal hours since then. EZ-steer brackets and bar included. $875

Would this be considered a long shaft?

I'm not sure how to tell if its long shaft or not. Looks standard to me but the measurement from the bottom of the powerhead to the bottom of the skeg is about 27". Hopefully that is clear enough in the photo above. Thanks for looking.

If that is showing 15 inches at the cavitation plate as the measuring tape is shown now, it is a short shaft.   That is what is looks like to me from the pictures but I can't be sure without knowing what it reads and I can't see it.
