First time out on the big pond this year. Went out of Ibay set up with 2 riggers, 2 chinook divers #2 on a 4 setting that I was using for the first time, and 4 rods of the planers. We ran spoons of the riggers and divers, smithwicks on the one side planers an bayrats onthe other side. Probably caught about equal fish on all setups. The bayrats were slow so we changed them out for spoons with 1 oz sinkers and ended getting 3 or 4 on those. I put 10 lb fluro leaders on my chinnook divers which was a mistake, cracked of 3 till we changed to 15 lb. We found the best in 12 to 20 fow lots of action, I think we finished like 23 for 28. 4 cohos the rest were browns. Picture below of lures that were working for us. Blue hulk was really good but lost them both on the divers, guess i'll have to get more.

Nice day! Any chance you tried the Chinook divers off planner boards? How long a leader worked for you on the divers?

No I never tried the divers of a planer board. I wouldnt be surprised if you could get a # 1 chinook of a planer board. We had 12 ft leaders of the divers.  Divers out 15 to 25 ft was working for us.
