Went out for first time with no luck. Water was rough making it a hard trip. Marked lots of large bait balls but no success. Anyone else having any luck out of Grimsby/50 Point recently? Tom

One rainbow between Grimsby and Winona in about 75 fow on the 6th. It was calm that day. In my experience, it is very tough to catch fish in a NE wind. If you were out in 20 mph wind it must have been lumpy

hi tommyhit the appx 8.30 am caught 9 lb brown at 0900 50fow 30 ft down fished till 11.30 at 110 ft no luck so headed bak then on way into port at the same location lost a rainbow seajay

112 feet of water

hooked something big, fought for about 7 min and broke my 30bl test breaded line

used a large yellow lens tompson lure with red diamonds on it

sunday grimsby weather station missed three landed one laker

Some of the fish caught outside Grimsby, 80-110' water, 45-60' down, riggers with spoons, laker at 105'. Lost giant king two weeks ago at the boat by the Grimsby arms, still looking for more Kings......are they deeper???? Fishing tommorow a.m......should I go deeper?

guycaught a nice king in 60' deep, I've been out by the weather station and catching lost of lakers, think the kings are in about 40 to 60 even in deeper water. Here's another laker I caught on July 8 th

Caught 3 more lakers and one salmon outside Forans in 65-85 feet water Thursday a.m. three hors fishing, no Kings yet. Salmon 6 lbs, 6, 11, and 12 lbs on the lakers. All on Michigan stingers at 2.6 mph gps speed. Going out Monday am and pm, need to catch a King to ease the "hunger" lol.

friday july 10 1.6 bl rainbow caught with dispy spine docter and a fly. Lost another something big 40 ft deep by the weater station out from forans in grimsby.
