Dunkirk Perch

Hit the can out of Dunkirk this AM. On the water from 6am to 12:30pm abrought home a cooler full of perch. Was a pretty good day! Fished 45-50 fow using emeralds...

Three of us fishing and I figure we caught about 150 give or take a few...We fileted 118! Went through 13 dozen emeralds and then went to nightcrawlers before calling it quits.

Think we may go back next week and give it another shot.

Hey Draggin, try using cut bait when there hitting that good,you'll get just as manny on the cut bait and they won't steal the bait as often. I like to use the small ones about 5-6" the strip from behind the fins up to the gills has a nice bone to run the hook through. Try it you'll like it.
