How are the weeds at seneca

Heading to sampson state park tomorrow through sunday. Was wondering how bad the floating weeds are now and how the fishing has been.

The east side seemd to be worse than the west side. Caught a lot of weeds on the downriggers. West side was more fishable.

was out on tues. not bad on the north end

North End was TERRIBLE this AM! Patches of floating weeds everywhere! It definately kept me busy and I pulled my planers after the second clean. Once I got south of the Country Club the surface seemed to clear. Don't know how this applies to you at Sampson other than we had a North wind when I left the lake.
