Waneta Musky

My dad and I are going to waneta lake to fish for musky soon and i was wondering if anyone had any advice on the best methods.

PM sent...heard that lamoka has some too. they don't stock it but sounds like they make there way over there. I haven't tried it, but if waneta is slow you could make your way there (the new bridge allows for passage from one to the other by water now) and try casting the weed edges near some of the deeper holes if the weeds are too choked to fish directly through them.

Have`nt fished it much (fish chautauqua more)but try trolling the middle of the lake on short lines and off the point.I use stalkers.Got a nice 42 there b4.Let us know how ya did

i have been there the past two wednesdays. some follows each day along the west side but nothin in the boat. fish first and last light and hope its your day.
