Northern's and smallies

Going up to Cape Vincent next weekend, July 11th for a week. Usually we go perch'in and some small mouth fishing. Want to get into some Northerns, are they hitting in an spots?

Southern side of Carlton 20-25' if you don't have a canadian license, if you do head for bayfield bay and troll the edge of the bay just outside the weedline
