clarification

Does anyone understand rule 18 of the LOC rules? Does this mean 1 fish per division or can you have 1 in each?

You can only hold one place at a time. If you are on the board with a 10 th place king salmon and you catch and weigh a 15 lb steelhead and you see the steelhead would be in 2cnd place you then use that one (worth more money) and the 10 th place king goes away.

yes one fish in each division or spicies so you could win 4 times

You can place a fish in each division during the derby, but at the end of the derby you can only collect in one division for a cash prize. My son had a fish in the steelhead and salmon division last fall and he took the prize in the salmon division and gave up the steelhead prize. So his name came off the steelhead division and everyone under him moved up one place.
