Stix, Yeah, they $uck. I got some on my probe to ball cable the other day. That freighter should have been sunk before it crossed the Atlantic.

Was out fishing and the fleas were so thick I was marking them on my fish finder. My advice is to switch over to 30 pound big ga me and tie on leaders with swivels. This will keep most of the fleas of the lures.

30# is just about no match for them tiny PITA's anymore.

I heard someone on the radio yesterday saying they were even getting fleas bad on 40lb. Ande. The wires would have 4' of fleas after 15 minutes. The only rigs that stayed flea free were the coppers.
