Need Sodus Advice

Heading to Sodus Bay tomorrow morning for the week. Need a good starter program & depths, east or west of the chute, etc.

I'm not looking for teeners, and I'm not interested in catching less than 6 or 8 per run, so try & be specific! YA, YA..... I know....

Seriously, from everything I've read here, it should be a pretty great week.

I'll have the laptop, so I'll keep posting my results. If anyone's up there- "REELMAGIC" on 68 or 8.

um not sure exactly what you're looking for, but head straight out of the shoot, if the previous day had a strong south wind fish 60 feet up in the water colum, if not, fish from 60 to 100 foot down. Troll from 100 foot of water to 250 foot of water. There are no specific "good spots" to fish out of Sodus. Find the fish, put something in front of them. We'll be on Ch 9 tonight through Sunday.

We'll be looking for Kings. We'll have a junior on board for his first "big trip" on the lake, and we'd like to get him hooked up as soon as we can off the bat. Don't want him playing video games too long - he'll start saying the "bass" word....
